This year we celebrate our 10 year anniversary!

What better way to commemorate the occasion than by making it official? Thinking back to when we first met at college we never thought that we'd become best friends and our relationship would flourish to what it is today. We couldn't ask for anything more than to celebrate it with our closest families and friends.

Once a wedding was established, next was deciding a wedding date and venue. In order to prevent pre-marital headaches, it was decided for the wedding ceremony to be held in Hana and a wedding reception to follow in Honolulu. We were both satisfied with this outcome and we purposely chose the date 9/10/11 purely as a matter of convenience...and it's cool.

Last but not least, was determining a wedding theme and colors. This decision was easy. Green and blue is each of our favorite colors. Orchids were chosen as our wedding theme because it reminded us of "Papa Joe" the best papa and orchid horticulturist we know.
